I did a Google image search for "figure flats" and a bunch of great images popped up that I printed out and used.

I've made others for monsters I couldn't find by just doing an image search and resizing the picture to the size I need.

Yeah, I know a couple of sites that have some really juicy-

Oh, pawns. Sorry.

More seriously, if you're looking for lots of really cheap minis to use as mooks, one thing I did for a campaign not long ago was to visit a Pound Shop (I'm guessing other countries will tend to have an equivalent) and buy a bag of generic Army Men. That was about 40 minis-sized figures for a very small expenditure.

Oh, I remember those tiny army men from my days as a young lad in England. Those came in packs of different countries' soldiers, right? About HO scale? We don't have those in the States that I've ever seen. Don't really know what happened to all of mine - I had many of them. Here we mostly had large either German/American WWII or Union/Confederate Civil War packages.

Oh, I also remember the knights and Horses from, what, Woolworths? Could never afford those.

I use those flat glass beads too for with small generic enemies, such as rats or twig blights. You can write numbers on the flat side of the glass with a white out pen, and that way your enemy beads are easy to keep track of too.
