I was going to say Brotherhood of Black Blood from PGtF. One of the BEG in my campaign is BoBB and I think the PrC compliments werewolf quite well.

Horizon walker can give tremorsense, not blindsense/blindsight.

Dragon Disiple gives blindsense 30 at fifth, and 60 at tenth.

Stalker of Kharesh, BoED gets Scent of Evil.
