Hi!
The Bear Warrior from the Complete Warrior gets extra rages/day.
The Frenzied Berserker from the Complete Warrior gets what you're looking for, but only as frenzy.
The Outcast Champion from the Races of Destiny has Deperate Fury, something like rage.
The Eye of Gruumsh from the Complete Warrior gets rage and it stacks with the barbarian's rage.
The Champion of Gwynharwyf from the Book of Exalted Deeds gets rages and it stacks with the barbarian's rage.
The Wildrunner from the Races of the Wild gets Primal Scream, wich stacks with the rage ability.
The Firestorm Berserker from DRAGON #314 gets rage and it stacks with the barbarian's rage.
The Rage Mage from the Complete Warrior gets extra rage uses/day and gets Tireless Rage.

Enjoy

If you're looking for the ultimate in cheese, take frenzied berserker. Insane insane insane damage... and an ability that keeps you from dying due to damage while raging. Any amount of damage. Double power attack damage, too.

-The Souljourner

Frenzied Berserker inflicts incredible amount of damages. But making a workable frenzied berserker, or using it, is very difficult. If the character cannot make DC 20 will save constantly, it will often end up killing his/her own party members. A party member can Hold the berserker and such. But it is always risky. Also, Deathless frenzy may cause another problem. When the frenzy ends, the berserker dies. So someone must heal the berserker above -10 hp before the frenzy ends. But that is very, very dangerous to do it.

Define what you mean by 'stack'.

Stack as in "continue to advance daily uses of, and quality (normal, greater, etc) of the rage", or do you mean stack as in "I use Rage from my barbarian levels gaining +4 to str and con, then I use Rage from this other class gaining an additional +4 str and con, then I use Rage from this THIRD class gaining +4 more str and con..."?

'Cause the second one doesn't happen outside of things like the Frenzied Berzerker.

I believe there was a feat in one of the Class Acts sections of a recent Dragon Magazine that allowed you to gain a +4 to your effective Barbarian level for determining the power and times/day of your Rage, as well as DR, with a limit of your Hit Dice. (In other words, the feat acted exactly like Practiced Spellcaster, but increased your Barbarian levels rather than Caster Levels.) I believe the prerequisites were the Ability to Rage, and Chaotic Alignment.

I've created a house rule feat for the bardic music ability as well. (+4 to bardic levels for effects of bardic music ability to be used).

I'd be careful about the raging though. I don't think it should affect DR for example. YMMV

The only one I know of that improves to greater, tireless and mighty rage is Champion of Gwynharwyf from book of exalted deeds
