Anyone ever stay at the Embassy Suites?

While we're on the subject, Queen_D and I have a room (suite) at the Hampton Inn and Suites at 105 S. Meridian Street. We got the suite in order to help facilitate the ocaisonal pickup game, should space be an issue--anybody that's been there have any if this hotel will work, or not? Obviously not the embassy suites, but hopefully close in quality?

Anybody? Anybody?

I stayed in the Embassy Suites last year, and it was so good we're staying there again this year. The breakfast is, indeed, the best part, since it really helps get you some energy before a busy day. And the free beer is always a plus.

I never stayed at Embassy for GenCon but I lived out of one for several months when I was in Atlanta for one of my jobs a few years ago. I also stay at Embassy every chance I get and I cannot recomend them enough.

The thing I like about Embassy is that no matter where you go you know what to expect with them. I have stayed with them in about 30 of their establishements across the nation and every time I enjoy the experience.

You poor deluded fools!

Embassy Suites provides 90% of all human organs for transplant to hospitals within the United States.

Where do you think those organs come from?

:uhoh:

I echo the above sentiment that Embassy Suites is great, we stayed there last year for GenCon and have reserved a room there again this year. The free buffet breakfast is awesome (MEG Hal and some of the MEG gang even came from their hotel to join us for breakfast every morning) and the staff will do just about anything that you ask of them. Even room service is nicely priced in case you're too tired to go out. :) Definitely 5 stars!!
