Anyone good with Vbs?

My friends board has just been hacked, someone stole an ex-admins account, de-admined all the admins and made himself the sole admin. He then deletes several of the members and renames a few he doesn't seem to like. He says he plans to do something weird to it when he gets bored and has started deleting several forum parts of it (not to mention change the colors to red black and pink), any idea how to stop him?

Ok, problem solved--it seems he was just playing with everybody then left after a few hours of total control...back to ground 0 though Feel free to delete this topic, moderators.
