Anyone have a MM3 handy? Monster question (my players stay out, please)

A favor: can someone with the MM3 please tell me what the "Touch of Kyuss" does? It should be in the Monster Manual 3, roughly on page 180. The Compendium entry for Spawn of Kyuss lists...

"Hit: The target takes ongoing 10 necrotic damage (save ends). In addition, the target is exposed to touch of Kyuss."

Unfortunately, touch of Kyuss isn't in the Compendium. That makes me think it's a disease, but I'd love to know for sure.

Thanks!

Though I'm too late to actually help PC out here, I have to say that sons of Kyuss have been one of my favorite monsters since the very beginning of my gaming career.

Yeah, now that you mention it, that is weird.

My first use of Kyuss himself as a villain (as a living evil cleric making his "sons" for the first time) was in (I think) 1982.
