Anyone have a writeup for 1/4 Elves?

As the title of the thread says. I'm looking to build one for my homebrew and would like to plunder whats already (possibly) been done for ideas.

I've always felt that either 1/4 and 3/4 elves should be treated as half-elves, or 1/4 elves should be treated as human and 3/4 elves as elves (possibly with slightly distended or truncated lifespans).

I'd just treat 'em as humans, personally. Play with the cosmetics a bit, but stat-wise, humans.

I use them in my games. Aside from height and hair color, they're identical to humans.

Two suggestions:

1. Half-elf.

2. Elf-blood feat. Can only be taken at first level; gives elf blood, and +1 spot/listen/search

Usually, Just a leg and a thigh, or an arm, pec, and head, though a full torso should be about 1/4.

I use an Elf-Blooded feat for Half-Elves (replacing the racial entry).

Human who takes that feat has some Elven blood. Somewhere. Could be their parents, their grandparents, or they could be a throwback to some forgotten Elven ancestor with a penchant for primates.

It's kinda like how Sorceror is supposed to have some Dragon in them. Somewhere.

That goes along with something I read years ago about 1/4 and 3/4 elves. I think it was in some second edition material as the official word.
