Anyone heard of a monster called a Ragamuffin?

Does anyone remember it or seen it or used it?

The monster was like the living tatters of mummy wrappings. They attacked with a strangle or a grapple or something.

I know I've seen the monster in some d20 book somewhere but I can't remember!

Google only turns up the Magic: The Gathering card by the same name or a breed of cat or some muffin recipies.

Seriously though, while I don't have the MM2 near me, there is also a template in the back of the book called Captured One for those mummified by a Raggamoffyn.
