Anyone know of a good encounter generator?

Anyone know of a good encounter generator for 4e? I'm fairly new to 4e (haven't played more than two or three sessions of it), and I want to just run a few encounters for a few of my players. Anyone know of a good encounter generator? Preferably one that generates a location as well as enemies?

If you're just looking for quick one-shots, I'd recommend Dungeon Delve (should be safe to give a level 1 party the level 1, 2, and maybe 3 delves). Also the sample adventure from the DMG is a good place to start.

If you're just looking to throw monsters at them, I prefer the one linked below - it gives random monsters in the appropriate level range(s). The downside is that you can't pick monsters that fit thematically, i.e. only Kobolds. But otherwise it's great.

the sample encounter groups in the monster manual are pretty good. using just those encounter groups, I drew up a quick one shot adventure in about 2 hours (lvl 15, all with a fire theme). drawing an interesting dungeon took more time than picking the encounters.

I wish WotC could make a random encounter/treasure generator. I honestly don't see why this is so difficult. I remember there being dozens of these types of things around the net for 3.x, made by people who didn't get any money for it.

The encounter and monster generator's from WotC currently are so incredibly weak-sauce compared to the free ones that were (and probably still are... I remember one... Jamison's?) around for 3.x
