What nationality is Citibank, anyway? I've never heard of it except in spam.

I'd report it to Citibank. I'd also see if Yahoo can identify the source dns of the computer. They might be able to track it down. Its probably a long shot, but who knows?

I've been getting "Citibank" emails of that nature too.

I deleted them on the understanding that this was probably someone trying to get a credit card in my name, and I wasn't about to give an identity thief carte blanche to screw me blind, thank you very much.

So this is a scam artist at work, huh? Nice...
