Heh. The internet gives rise to quite a few phrases that in other situations would be quite odd.

Now I'm going to have to look this comic up. Seems like Marvel owns me for now, between the Ultimates and Ultimate X-Men, and now this.

Well, they cannot hold what they do not have

I don't go near the store with any frequency, so it seemed less than polite to have them hold things, they'd be taking up space for so long, and the store is so tiny...

However, since a couple of the ones I want keep selling out, I may have to resort to it.

Ah, I don't go to mine all that frequently, but I do try to keep a regular schedule.

Before I finally got a good local store, I got all of my subs @ http://www.comicsnow.com/ and I was very happy with their service. If you don not get to a local store very often, you may want to check them out.

I got lucky. My shop still had an issue #3, but was sold out of the first two. So the shopowner started searching through his sub's for copies he had put aside for people as a maybe, and found a #2. He then dug even deeping in another area (where, I believe, he puts books for himself) and managed to find a lone #1. Just read all three - good stuff.

My girlfriend speaks highly of it. I have not read it yet. I quit all monthly comics, and went to TPBs and Graphic Novels. She still gets the monthlies, and speaks well of it.

I'm in a bit of luck. I have managed to acquire #2 and #3. And a friend is willing to let me at least read his copy of #1, so I'll know what the heck is going on...

My bet is that Young Master Peter is never going to get his spidey powers. He's had two close spider calls, and I think Gaimen's just going to keep teasing us.
