Yep. Also Troy, all Yakko needs now are Beliefs and Goals him--a loose sketch of what motivates, essentially--and possibly a Natural Enemy. (Think cats and mice/birds/dogs. And realize that this is optional.)

Natural enemies do add a fun dynamic to the game though. TOON isn't like D&D, where the game works best if everybody works together. Having natural enemies in the same player group often creates extra fun in this game!

Gepeitscht
Raised at the back of a Pantomime stage Gepeitscht is very shy Bogeyman who lives (and hides) in a barrel of custard powder that the owners of the theatre forgot about. Very few people have seen Gepeitscht and most only know him from the cloud of yellow and the smell of vanilla he leaves behind. Of course like most 'monsters under the bed' if Gepeitscht ever revealed himself he would likely appear as a huge 10 foot monster with big tusk and shaggy fur (luckily thats highly unlikely)

Natural Enemies: Disbeleif, Teenagers, Monster hunters, Mobs with pitchforks and flaming torches, Fluffy Blue Blankets
Beliefs and Goals: Gepeitscht always wanted to be a clown but every time he jumped out at people and made a funny face he found that they ever run away screaming or collapsed. Very few were laughing and so eventually he withdrew become the shy withdrawn bogeyman he is today. All he really wants is a friend (aaaaawwww :o )

Incredible Speed--6 Skill Points Gepeitscht moves so quickly that he is practically invisible except for the yellow cloud and scent of vannila pudding he leaves behind.
Disguise--8 Skill Points Gepeitscht like bogeymen of every sort has an incredible natural ability to hide in/under/behind innocuous seeming objects. Noone is sure how they fit their huge bulk into tiny areas but its probably got somthing to do with quantum. Gepeitscht innocuous object of choice happens to be a barrel of custard powder

for game purposes imagine that Gepeitscht looks like this
