Anyone used the Bloodghost Syndicate?

From a Dragon a few months ago.

Anyone used this in a game? How did it go?

I was thinking of using the syndicate in an upcomming game as the agents by which the evil guys kidnap their poor victim.

I used them a little bit. They PCs were looking for some kind of crime syndicate to buy information or services from in order to sneak into the castle to discover which members of the king's counsel were really Yuan-Ti. A Yuan-Ti assassin named Sarthias with whom they'd had previous run-ins fought them, then lured them into a secret passage into the Bloodghost lair. He escaped with his ninja skills, but the PCs were in the lair and they didn't know where they were. They fought a bunch of bugbears to get out, explored the lair, then at the end found out where they had been tromping through, and had to try to salvage the deal they had been trying to make.

I don't remember all the details, but I remember that my favorite part was a bugbear enemy that kept throwing the fighter down the hall
