Anyspell- Super-great or weak?

So, I am playing a farewell to 3.5 game and have stated out a cleric of Mystra with the Spell and Magic domains. I am looking at anyspell. My DM and I have some differing opinions on how it works, so I figured I could take it here. Also, citations for where you get your info is appreciated. I looked in the FAQ/Errata and didn't find anything.

1. Do you incur Arcane Spell Failure when casting a spell prepared through Anyspell?
2. Does your Int matter?

On page 14 and 15 of the Spell Compendium (not sure if you looked there):

When you cast the arcane spell, it works just as though cast by a wizard of your cleric level except that your wisdom score sets the DC (if applicable). You must have a Wisdom equal to 10 + the arcane spell's level to prepare and cast it.

I'd answer Yes and No to your two questions.
