anything else like Initiate of Mystra?

Are there any other feats, magic items, or spells which duplicate the effect of the Initiate of Mystra feat? Basically I'm looking for a way to cast spells from inside of an antimagic field.

You could get Sculpt Spell and mess with the shape of AMF. If you want to take down the AMF, you could get Iron Heart Surge from ToB. Beyond that, not really sure...

Casting spells while inside an AMF, or casting spells on targets outside an AMF while you yourself are safely nestled within it?

Because I'm pretty sure that the second option wouldn't fly with most sculpting-the-area options on account of the AMF blocking line of effect, yes?

Basically it's Initiate of Mystra or nothing. Only don't do that either because it's cheezy as all hell, and frankly rather lame.

I admit, it seems almost grossly overpowered I can't believe it hasn't been nerfed yet. Just imagine a cleric (of mystra) who can cast wizard spells, hovering above the ground (immune to melee), invisible (immune to ranged attachs), in a personal AMF (immune to magic), yet able to cast/fire at other people. I probably won't take it just because me DM will probably wise up after a while and house rule it.

You forgot "immune to dispelling" because of the AMF.

This particular trick is already noted as what we like to call "The Cheater of Mystra". Except it's a Cleric with some fairly frightening spellcasting potential, and the standard Cleric melee buffing potential.

Oh, and it also manages to fit in a lot of other cruel abuses of the Rules As Intended.

Worry not, most good DMs manage to nerf it after the Mystrites keep on overshadowing everyone else, or actually snap the entire setting in half.
