What happens when an undead creature (say a necropolitan, for instance)
-Hits monk 20 and gains perfect self
-Hits Dragon Disciple 10 and gains the 1/2 dragon template
-Has his type changed by any other prestige class (eg, Heartwarder from FR becomes fey, Divine Disciple becomes outsider)
The wording on perfect self says that the monk is only an outsider for magic effects, so it sounds like the undead is now immune to turning and spells that target only undead, but keeps all its undead traits. The Dragon Disciple doesn't come right and say type changes - it says "takes on the half dragon template" but follows with exactly what benifits it givesso I read the first sentance as fluff.
However, the 3.0 classes from the FR book definitely change type. So what happens?
