Little Girl Lost (Autumn Arbor: City of Legends, Book One)

For nearly two-decades, Dominick DiAngelo has protected the people of the world as the armored Champion known as Vanguardian, but the dedication required to serve as a symbol to millions has begun to take its toll upon his personal life. Estranged from his wife and children, Dominick begins to question his ability to serve as a Hero . . . and a father and husband.
However, a powerful enemy has targeted Vanguardian for destruction, and will sacrifice anyone and everything to bring the Legend to his knees. Attacked on Live Television, Vanguardian is suddenly thrust into a deadly game of cat-and-mouse as those close to him find their lives in danger.
Locked in a dangerous war where even the people he has risked his life to protect have seemingly turned against him, can Vanguardian uncover the mysteries surrounding him in time, or will he become the ultimate sacrifice in a world where Heroes don’t rise from the dead . . . .
