Weren't the spells that didn't make the migration too similar to some of the SRD spells in order to consider them for inclusion into the Spell Treasury? Anyway, the Spell Treasury contains more than enough spells to make the spellcasters happy. Though the Greenbond might also like Akashic Nodes: The Home of Memory .

There are about a half dozen spells from the Grimoire II that didn't make the jump to either AE or ST. There is also at least one spell from Legacy of Dragons that didn't make it into ST, but my pet theory is that the spell (Call Oathstalker) was written by Mike Mearls, and including it in the book would mean his name would need to be on the cover as well, since it's his IP.

Ah, right, but IIRC that the not-included spells were the Dragon Magic (which went into AE), and non-AE-style spells, like Susar's Death. And of course, the quite nice spells from Mystic Secrets are also missing.
