Arcana Unearthed Prints vs PDF

I'm planning on getting AU, and the pdf's are an attractive option, but I know that the pdf's miss out some info from the print version. What info is missed out? I'm not too interested in the Diamond Throne setting itself, rather just the rules & suchlike, so I'm hoping its just DT fluff that's dropped in the pdf version. Can anyone enlighten me?

Nope. Equipment, runechildren prestige race, and a few other crunchy bits are dropped, as I understand it.

My advice is this: If you are focused on only one thing (the spellcasters or the warriors) get one of the PDF's that appeals to you. If you are going 90% of the way and getting all 3 PDF's, get the print book instead.

For one thing, if you are spending $18.00 on the 3 PDF's, you aren't far off from the price a mail-order place will give you for the book, much less the $30.00 you can get from retail.

Second, there is VERY little diamond throne "fluff" in the book. a few parapgraphs in the race section, and that's about it. There are no maps, culture info, geography, etc.

Meh. Stuff like equipment was the kind of bits I want from the book. Looks like I'll be getting the print version then... Cheers for the help :)
