With the exception of the Arcane Disciple Feat, is there a feat or method for a single class arcane caster acquiring a Divine spell added to his/her Arcane casting list?

Rainbow Servant, Complete Divine p.54, they get both the good, air, and law domains. They gain full access to the cleric list as a cap stone, a hefty cost of casting though.

Not sure what exactly it is you're asking for: do you want a spell that's exclusive to e.g. the Cleric list for your Wizard? Or do you want to cast a divine spell as a Wizard?

The former has been answered. The latter needs the Southern Magician feat, which lets you cast a few spells/day as either arcane or divine, with all perks and downsides. For example, your Wizard could cast a divine Fireball while wearing Full Plate, with no ASF, with that feat.

I'm specifically looking for a way to get access to the Summon Nature's Ally spells, or at least one of the spells, for an Arcane caster.

Hmm... I wonder whether Southern Magician would allow you to scribe an arcane scroll of a divine spell you know (for example, from having a level of Druid). Then just scribe the scroll into your spellbook, retrain the Druid level, voilà!
But I believe the wording for Southern Magician prohibits that (afb right now, though).
