Arcane lord info.

Please, could someone provide any information about this prestige class? I'm searching for a good PrC and heard it's a good one, but i know nothing about it,

I don't remember Arcane Lord being in 297, it wasn't under Class Acts anyway. 293 was the Nightsong something and so was the issue before or after.

It certainly didn't make much of an impression on me because I don't remember it at all.

It's in Dragon 297, but this is an epic prestige class and you would have to wait until level 23 or so to take it.

i don't know in what DMG that PrC was printed, or if it's an epic or non-epic PrC, my character is hungry for an PrC to increase his skills in magi-craft and i just wanted to know if the arcane lord is the one.
I can't buy a DMG so easily, but if a good soul could provide infos. about that class i'd apreciate that, thanx

The Arcane Lord is indeed an epic prestige class found in Dragon 297. I don't recall all the details, but basically you need to have 5 metamagic feats, skill focus (spellcraft), the epic feat improved spell casting/capacity (you need to be able to cast 10th level spells) and 24 ranks of spellcraft and/or knowledge (arcana).

If you're not (at least) 21st level, then you don't qualify. If you plan on becoming an Arcane Lord in the future, you should take lots of metamagic feats now and look around for back issues of Dragon at your local hobby store. If you are game-store-deprived, try this link:
