What do you think of this as something I could use in my campaign? I'm not super jazzed about the 14th level ability, so I'd be happy for some critiquing ...

The School of Hemotheurgy (Bloatmage)
The practice of hemotheurgy is an ancient practice performed by those who believe that “magic lies in the blood.” Using foul rituals and gruesome rites, you increase the amount of blood and lymph your body produces in an attempt to increase your body’s natural reserves of magical potential. Practitioners of this hideous type of magic are known as bloatmages.
Corpulence: Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, your body begins to bloat, reducing movement by 5 feet, but you every time you take a long rest, you gain 1d4 temporary hit points that last until your next long rest.
Magic Is In The Blood: Starting at 2nd level when you select this school, you can improve the use of any spell -- by spending 5 hit points per spell level, you can reroll any one die used in the casting of a spell, or cause a foe to have disadvantage on a saving throw for that spell.
Only A Mortal Shell: At 6th level, the ravages of hemotheurgy on the body allow a bloatmage to take advantage on any saving throw against magic, but bestow a level of exhaustion each time this ability is used.
Secrets of Hemotheurgy: At 10th level, you add bestow curse, death ward, and healing word to your wizard spell list.
Master of Life and Death: Starting at 14th level, you may cast all necromancy spells as if you were using one spell slot higher than normal.
