Level Up (A5E) Are Essence Dragons A5e's take on Oriental Dragons?

The Adventurer's Guide briefly mentions that Essence Dragons having serpentine, pennant-like (and wingless) bodies. Does this mean that they're essentially A5e's take on the Oriental or Lung dragons?

Also, will be seeing more of them? So far we have seen only the Earth, River and Shadow Essence Dragons. There's still the Celestial, Chaos, Spirit and Underworld Essence Dragons that have been left uncounted for in the Monstrous Menagerie.
