Sorry for this reply taking so long in the comming, but I've been "stranded" at a roleplaying convention without a computer (It was GREAT
)
Anyway, thanks for the advice, really good stuff.
Also Robin D. Law, gave me a new view on the whole thing (actually as an answer to a different question). He said that some gamers just like to be quiet and simply enjoy the company of the other gamers, and/or don't have the energy to be "on" all the time and are thankful that others do a lot of the work.
I realise though that this probably isn't the case in most groups, so hopefully your advice will come in handy.
Keep is comming though, if you have any more words of wisdom.
