Are there any NE dragon in current WotC supplements?

Does Dragon count? If so...Pyroclastic (yeah, baby, yeah!!!), Styx, and Tarterian. Issue 300.

In Monsters of Faerun, brown dragons are listed as usually neutral evil, and shadow dragons are listed as always chaotic evil.
