Are there any ways to maximize HP after level 1?

Hello there, I am looking for ways to maximise HP after level 1. I recall in the Deity book that gaining a Divine Level it will automatically maximise your HP, however I wanted to know if there were any other ways to do this?

Example, I have a d6 Hit Die. I automatically got the 6 for level one, not including Toughness or any sort of Constitution bonus.

I rolled the 1d6 for level 2 and I get a 2, making me have 8 HP at level 2. Is there any way, via feat, template, wonderous item or anything else that would bring that 8 to 12?

Was there a feat which adds your int (Maybe?) Instead of your Con modifier for every odd level, or something like that? I think I remember that there was a feat like that? But I am not sure at all...

Faerie Mysteries Initiate - Dragon 319; one of the options permits you to use your Int modifier in place of your Con modifier for bonus HP.

I would note that when my clerics have the luck domain, I use the luck re-roll on my hit point roll, if needed. It doesn't maximize anything, but it does help to keep the number from being terrible. :)

in our games my dm and myself when i dm allow people the option fo taking the high half then the low half of the hit points. i.e. a d8 st level 2 is a 5 and d8 at level 3 is a 4. i allow people to roll the low ones if they wish. so your garunteed the five then roll for you next level is you want then your get the five again. gives you something at least.
