D&D 5E Are we getting another Basic Rules Update?

I was wondering if anyone's heard if there is another Basic Rules update this month. (Especially to the DM side, which could really use a bit more info/clairifying.

Just wondering if we have another coming or not.

As far as I know, they haven't said when it would come out. I'd expect it some time this month, since the DMG is almost finished.

I don't think they've given us a specific date. Mearls has said that it's going to be updated up to the end of year. So, while we'll likely get one or more updates in the next couple of months they likely don't want to give us specific dates because the last one was late.

I think the intent was to update after each new product was released. So maybe after the Monster Manual ( for monster stats?), and then after the DMs Guide (who knows?).

Yes, this is my understanding.

I imagine sometime after they finish the DMG they'll update the document.
Which means they could update as soon as a early October. But they'll likely wait until November when the DMG actually releases.
