Are you a threadkiller?

I've been a thread killer on more than a few occasions, but I like to think that that is because what I said was so insightful and intelligent that it settled any and all debate, made the thread worthwhile, and provided a nice end cap.

And, of course, I AM the ultimate and final authority when it comes to Paladin threads, so that is as it should be, when it happens in those.

(If any or all of that is incorrect, please don't disillusion me. ;) )

Thread Killer: Requiring all posters to this thread subsequent to this post make a donation to Mythusmage's PayPal tipjar.

(What part of "He's shameless" is giving you trouble? :p )

Sometimes I ask questions that are too hard to be answered. People will try, but then I'll come back and point out the errors. After that, nobody will respond anymore.

I like to think that I bring bubbly, pink, girly life to threads. But, I guess, I could be wrong. :)
You are absolutely right! Every time I see one of your posts bright streamers and cofetti explode to life in my mind.

Thread killing is a talent, anyone that kills a thread without getting it closed shold be damned proud. Stand up for yourselves!

I've considered myself a threadkiller in the past and, as T.L. would say "Developed a quite complex complex". But eventually I got over it. Someone has to post the last post or every thread would be 20 pages long and active.

No, I'm a mood-killer. I lay down heavy thoughts in light-hearted threads in an effort to engage in genuine dialogue when other posters just want to fart around, which appears to lead to resentment.
Don't take this the wrong way, but its possible (without searching for specific instances) that your posts, in addition to being "heavy", can be very close to the line of the religion/politics rule. So close that while they themselves skirt free of it, any direct response challanging your points would get called on it. When I see these posts, I try to just let them be, not because I want to "fart around" but because when I have responded to their like in the past, I end up being the one called on r/p. :\ (and because last time I pointed out the skirting, I got pretty well trolled. )

You people are no fun. See, what would have been really funny is if no one responded to this thread thereby proving Knightfall1972 is, indeed, a threadkiller. *sigh*

I thought about it. Then I thought to myself... "What did that thread ever do to me?
Am I not my fellow poster's thread's keeper? Don't I have a responsibility... No... An *obligation* to help a thread that is suffering and on the point of death?"

You people make me sick. Killing threads. That's just wrong.
