Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

No. Why not? Because I keep forgetting I'm not 25 anymore when I could stay up until 3am, go to bed, and roll out totally refreshed at 7am.

I didn't use to, but since I started University, heck yeah.

I'm a night owl by nature, but when nearly all your classes are late in the day, it doesn't really matter.
 

Not really.

Mostly cuz I work kinda late (generally supposed to be off by 11 pm, but usually actually there til 11:30 or midnight) and have dogs that I'm taking care of at the moment. Like, seven of them.

Granted, five are puppies, but still.
 



No, because my four month old daughter is up three times a night, I get up early to get the kids to school, and my son has hockey at 8:00 am on both days of the weekend. No sleeping in for me.

Prior to this last summer I was getting about 4 hours a night. Made for some long days.

Talk to your dentist. Yes, your dentist. I got this snore guard that I sleep in. The idea is that it moves the lower jaw forward to help the air passage. Insurance doesn't cover it, and it was about $400, IIRC, but my wife thinks it was worth every penny.
