I've been tempted, but I've decided to wait 'til my group can see the whole thing & we can decide what we like and don't like.

I might have started adapting, but everytime I'm tempted by something I think is cool (hmm, gnome), I find myself aggravated by something that seems like pointless tinkering (more 1 minute/level spells).

Only specifc thing we are using is "New Haste" because old haste allows different types of character builds.

Changes

I'm holding off on any changes, but I did advise the player of a new character that was just rolled up that if he took Weapon Finesse, it would be applicable to all weapons in a couple of weeks ... ;>

I've changed the facing for my creature counters. Creatures that were formerly 5 ft. by 10 ft. are 10 ft. square now.

I've also given dwarves, gnomes, and orcs weapon familiarity with their respective racial weapons. Since they announced it for the dwarf it was a pretty safe bet they'd do it for the others as well.
