Aristocrat PC Class

I'm currently running a campaign in Freeport and the player is getting pulled into the political intrigue of the city. I feel I need a PC version of the Aristocrat. Does anyone know if one of these exists?

One of the threads here in the House Rules forum has a PC class called a "Noble" which focuses on contacts and buffing the party. Check it out.

A Rogue that is good and not Nuetural or Evil and doesnt opt in stealing makes for a good Arostocrat.
