Armor bonuses and Enlargement Cost

If I have +1 Padded armor and Bracers of Armor +8, would my total AC bonus be +8 or +9?

How much would it cost to be permenately Enlarged? Also, if my character is Already large and Enlargement is permenancied, does it still give the same bonuses?

+8.

The +1 enhancement bonus of the padded armor is not an enhancement to your AC, but an enhancement to the armor bonus of the padded armor. It increases the padded armor's armor bonus from +1 to +2. So you have a +2 armor bonus (from the +1 padded armor) and a +8 armor bonus (from the Bracers of Armor +8), which do not stack with each other.

It depends on how he is already Large.

Remember, multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack, so Enlarge Person will only serve to make a Large character Huge if a/ he is a humanoid, and b/ he is not Large due to a magical effect that increased his size from Medium.

I'm not aware of any naturally Large humanoids - most Large creatures generally bipedal in shape are monstrous humanoids or giants.
