Armor magics and adjustments

Is there anyway to magically change an armors catagory from heavy to medium or medium to light. I have Mithril full plate which is a heavy armor that is considered medium armor and for some class functions would like to magic it to make it light armor?

What is there out there that cna make this happen?

I seem to recall Twilight Armor from perhaps the Book of Exalted Deeds and/or PH II being able to help in that regard. My books are not accessible ATM, though, but hopefully that will help.

Current armor Mithril Full Platemail. Currently Medium armor because of materials.

Thanks but I could just go down to mithril/Elven Chaimail for that. I was wanting something that either reduces the weight magically or makes this be considered light armor somehow. I've looked at twight ability and may added it if my PC takes another spell casting class after duskblade. Due to storyline, my PC will not be able to progress any further in Duskblade. I was thinking scout and wanted to see if there are any magic properties that could be enchanted into the armor currently in possession of the character.

Go visit some Illithids and get yourself the Light Half Weight enchantment for your armour. Lightweight allows any armour to be considered light. You can find it in the FR supplement Underdark.

Unfortunately this is one on of the DM's in our group that doesn't like psionics. Any other sources. I know in NWN and NWN 2 that many items have a weight reduction savings that are based on magical properties.
