Armor of blending?

Simply a suite of armor that appears as normal clothing. I could swear I saw this somewhere in 3e format but now that I'm actually looking I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know if it's in any of the books?
Otherwise, I think it would be worth about a +1 modifier (nifty but not seriously powerful).

If it was in all other respects armor(meaning encumberance, lack of speed(medium/heavy), ASF) then yeah +1 is all I would call it. If it does all the other stuff then well, I don't know.

Doh - they changed the name on me - guess I should have looked at the DMG more closely!
