Armor of Exploits

Hey, all.

I was perusing the Adventurer's Vault and came across the Armor of Exploits. It's the armor that let's you "store" a power for use in an upcoming encounter. Does this mean, then, that I could store an ally's power and he'd still be able to use it? In effect, doubling up on the power? Or does it mean that if I store an ally's power he no longer has access to it? I assume the former, but wanted to check with some experts.;)

Since you have to store the power during a rest, I took it as you "took" their power and stored it but they regained it during the rest. So they didn't lose it per se except in a technical sense.

Thanks, guys. That's what I thought but wanted to make sure. I think my Dragonborn Warlord, who happens to be a warsmith, will have to make this when he levels up.
