Armor of Guardianship - An armor that takes damage for you

Armor of Guardianship
The Armor of Guardianship is a mithril full plate +5 capable of repairing itself.
Hardness 25; 95hp
Armor Class 26: Unlike traditional armor this one requires you to go through it before you can get to its wearer. However, it is capable of deflecting attacks as well, if not better, than normal armors, especialy cause its wearer is almost always in motion!
Fast Healing(Ex): The Armor of Guardianship is suffused with the very essence of life allowing it to repair itself at a rapid rate, regaining lost hit points at the rate of 1 per round, regrowing lost sections if needed.
Protectors touch(Ex): So long as the armor has at least 1 hit point remaining it will put itself in the way of any attack targeted at the wearer.
Shield wearer(Sp): When the wearer of this armor would be dealt damage by a non-targeting attack this ability triggers transfering some damage to the armor instead of the wearer. Half of the damage from all wounds and attacks (including that dealt by special abilities) that deal hit point damage is transfered to the armor instead (odd damae going to the armor). This ability functions just like the shield other spell except there is no bonus to AC or saves granted and it only works on attacks that deal damage without targeting the wearer.
Retributive backlash(Su): Whenever the armor is damaged by an attack that targets it (or was meant for its wearer) it releases some of its infused magic in a spray of elemental damage. For every 3 points of damage the armor takes it releases enough energy to cause 1 point of damage to all within a 15 foot cone (IE...If the armor receives 17 damage from one attack after hardness then it releases enough to deal all within range 5 damage). The type of energy it releases can be fire, acid, cold, or electricity; chosen upon creation.

NOTES:
I determined the AC with the following formula - Base AC (10) + Full plate +5 AC bonus (+14) + the wearers Dex as permited by armor (+3 Max Dex bonus on Mithril full plate) + Size category of armor (-1 as its built for a large creature) = 26

While fast healing normally doesn't allow you to regrow lost limbs in this case I assumed it would allow the armor to regrow to full shape since armor functions the same until destroyed.

Now for the big questions:
1) Mithril full plate +5 would cost 35,500. Just how much would the rest of the enchantments boost the cost by? I'm guessing it will cost close to 100,000 if not more but I am unsure as to how to go about pricing some of those abilities.

2) For the retributive backlash I have been pondering a couple methods, and I wanted to hear opinions on how to better work this ability:
a) Every 10 damage deals 1d6 damage with a save for half.
b) Leaving damage as is but allowing a save for half.
c) Leaving like it is but foregoing the save since its not much damage (31 at most in this case)

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

HUm... is the backlash an integral part of the concept? because if not you could outright take it out.

Why Large armor? If it's for thehp, then just make it adamantine instead of mithril (AC will be the same given that the -1 size modifier cancels out with the lower Dex)

The backlash is a core concept of the idea. As for why large (I didn't realize large armor added more hp to it) is because its going to be a minotaur that is wearing it.

To better give an idea of what I'm doing I will explain why I am doing this:
A buddy of mine was playing God of War. The first boss I saw him face (which is actually like the 6th one in the game) was a huge minotaur wearing heavy armor that you had to destroy before you could even hurt the creature. I really liked that idea and wanted to carry it over to DnD. Now I have a minotaur made (modded alot to git the idea, and kept it large as I didn't want to make it even stronger than it already is) and the concept of the armor it wore. What I don't know is what a good price for these abilities would be. A price isn't vital for me to u it in my own game but it would be nice to have a good range incase I tried to use it either later in the came or for another game entirely.

On a technical note the armor vented steam whenever it was damaged by anything, but I had to change that alittle to fit with DnD rules better.
