Like others I'm sure, I was surprised by how inferior (at first glance, at least) heavy armour appears to be in relation to medium armour, and how much better light armour seems than medium. I'm not 100% convinced it's as big of a problem as it first appears to be, although dropping the top tier medium armour base AC by 1 would go a long way towards putting my misgivings to rest, at least in terms of comparing medium to heavy.
In any case, on to the tinfoil hat part of my post: I noticed an odd spacing between the Speed and Weight columns... was this a late edit to the document? Was there another column here at some point? Like damage resistance? Or some other armour trait that heavy armour could have an advantage in to make up for its high cost, increased weight, and speed penalty...
If it was damage resistance, off the top of my head, I'd assign a DR 1 to medium armours, a DR2 to the bottom end heavy armours, and maybe a DR 3 to the top two heavy armours.
