Armour with no spell failure or 5%

are there any armour who have 5% spell failure or just 0%? we have a smith in our party who can make -5% spell failure away from the armour... I know the Mitrhall only have 10% but it could be nice if there was a armour with lessor... amour who isen't really rare

Mongoose's Ultimate Equipment Guide has a property that can be added to any armor that, IIRC, reduces spell failure by 10% and AC by 2 among other things. With it, you could make a mithril wizard's chain shirt with the following stats:

Type: Light; AC: +2; Armor Check: 0; Spell Fail: 0%; Weight: 10 lbs

Seriously though Clothborn armor is seldom enchanted beyond being clothborn, so you dont have to worry about the benefits getting out of hand.

All that doesn't mean too much, if he can't cast Stone to Flesh then you can't make clothborn armor.
