With Arrow Storm if all targets were within 30' and all flat-footed would you get sneak atk on all attacks?

Sure. If they are flat footed and within 30 feet, yes you would. So if its first round of combat and your first, if your invisible(thank you wizard with greater invisibility!), or if you have some other way of having them flat footed.....you could sneak attack all of them. There is nothing in the spell that says you cannot.

Just remember, its a Ranger 4 spell, meaning its not even available till you have 15 levels in ranger(or was it 14?) Then take a few levels in rogue...this could be a very nasty combo....especially if youve gone the archery path and have a bunch of bonuses.

Or Use Magic Device, which handily enough happens to be a class skill for a certain class with sneak attack...

The ranger doesn't need Craft Wand. His buddy the wizard does. The ranger just helps him to make it.

Our wizard is our smith. He's taking every Craft feat he can. It's fairly amusing, and since I'm his... erm... "treasurer" (read as clepto rogue) I definitely don't mind *halo*

But, yeah, why not just go archer rogue and flood UMD and blamo?
