Gorgamesh: Note, the Blatant Gift is a curse in terms of it always affects you, no matter what you might look like. Spells like Aura of Rightful Authority can negate some of its penalties.

ooc - right, thanks for reminding me. Gorgamesh will not cast the spell. He will remain a "regular" disfigured mortal. If people got any issues, they will have to deal with it!! :]

Gorgamesh rethink his move, he decide to be the last to enter, he will follow from behind, letting the others to commnicate, if the need to intimidate someone will rise, he will go to the front.

Thomas whispers at Leo: "Can we at least agree, that we don't like this place!?"

"That we can" Leo smiles back.

OOC: I'm confused - what Blatant Gift? Looing over at Gorgameshe's character sheet, he has the usual Gift. He is disfigured and has poor presence, and is a hunchback; arguably all of these are part of his Essential Nature so cannot be altered bv magic, so perhaps a MuCo efect will not be able to overcome them. But I don't see The Blatant Gift. Unless the character isn't what's listed?

"Well I think it's fantastic," Ilshana sulks. "A grand castle with a sleeping curse and a Baron and some kind of evil presence? It's perfect!"

OOC: Huh. My mistake again. I could have sworn Gorgamesh had the Blatant gift. I've been operating under the assumption that he had it the whole time. Odd. Still, it would have changed some of the past experiences. My mistake. He still has the effect of the Gift, though, which would shine through unless he does an Aura of Rightful Authority. Anyway -

The baron notices all of you standing on the edge of his training yard. He at first looks surprised, then briefly fearful, and then controls himself.

In an imperious voice, he yells across the grounds. 'Who are you? Identify yourselves before the Baron Bromser!'

Leo looks at Ilshana expectantly.

Guerino mumbles something in Italian about drug barons, in the background.

OOC: Well, we all have the effects of The Gift - except for Ilshana, and when it comes to animals me and Thomas. At any rate, no problem.

Quite some party, huh? All three magi and at least two grogs, right? That's a lot...

Shayuri, is Ilshana going to take lead here? If she doesn't act swiftly Leo will, but I think it will be far better for the alluring and gentle-gifted woman to do the talking here...

(OOC - Patience, me boy. :) We're not all online 24/7. Part of the appeal of the PBP is that they're more relaxed in terms of time than a chat game.)

"There he is!" Ilshana blurts excitedly. Then she swirls around and waves up at the imposing figure.

"Hail to you, Baron! We are three travelers who, while passing through, learned of the curse on your castle. With your leave, we may have means to help you." She gestures with a hand to include the courtyard and castle. "All of you. May we come in to speak to you?"

Gorgamesh cower in the shaodws and cover his presence with his robes and hood. His loyal friend Theodor, stands near him, trying to conceal the presence of the disfigured magi from the prying eyes of the castle denizens.

OOC - I'll be away to Rome for a little vacation from 19.11 - 23.11.
