Actually I hated the PHB pic of Alejhandra (sp) (then again, I hate most of the 3E art) but Wayne Reynolds' version of her in the DMG (in the classic 1E watertrap/skeleton pic) is quite good.

The dress is lovely and quite funtional, hundreds of pockets for spell componants. And of course I love the staff, the delicate leaves twined around it.
