[h=3]The Kickstarter Continues![/h]
The response to the Rebuilding EN Wold Kickstarter is incredible! It passed the £11K goal overnight, unlocking the Darklight PDF Bundle for 4E fans courtesy of Darklight Interactive (that additional bundle includes 4 adventures, a "megacampaign", 3 map packs, and a supplement; and never fear, there's plenty more Pathfinder stuff to come!) - this takes the value of the £25 PDF pledge level into the stratosphere! For £25, you're now getting well in excess of £100 worth of stuff, and it gets added to all the time.
There's a great article at Examiner.com about the Kickstarter. And I've done a couple of interviews which should be popping up soon! I'd like to thank a few people on Twitter who said lovely things -- including, but not limited to, Matt James and Keith Baker.
So, where's it going from here? Well, please keep pledging, becasue I have some stretch goals to announce as soon as I hear back from some people and companies. None of this is confirmed until I know for sure it'll happen, but things like dice, an OGRE mobile app (and that'd be the killer item if it happens!), RPG news coverage, and more are all on that list. So please, please, keep pledging - your reward will continue to get better and better, and I'll be adding awesome stretch goals!
As a community website, I feel it appropriate that this Kickstarter use the Kicking It Forward system. This means that 5% of the profits will be spent supporting other RPG-related Kickstarters as a way not only to give a little back but also to foster more cool RPG stuff!
