ooc: How close is Ironwolf to the various badguys? If he's outside of charge range, he'll take a single move to line up a charge and attempt to refocus.

(OOC: 50 feet out, and he now has an ally in his way blocking a charge anyway. He can certainly do the single move thing--let's say regain focus instead of refocus, it makes me think of the 3.0 Initiative thing, and I was about to tell you that they eliminated that in 3.5 until I realised what you really meant ;))

*Ironwolf moves to the side to get a charge on one of the enemies (assuming the strange enemy man isn't wise to this and doesn't move to keep Ironwolf's allies blocking the way, which he might do). He then successfully regains psionic focus.*

Being a big raging orc Hulgyr ignores his wounds and gets about beating one of the three goons at the far end of the room.
Hulgyr raises his greatsword and charges the one nearest.

ooc: I figured the bless was also dispelled. If not: add the +1 to the attack on the roll below
Hulgyr charges with power attack 7
attack: 20 damage: 34 rolls are here

(OOC: Allies block Hulgyr's way for a charge, and the closest enemy is 50 feet from him (that one is blocked by an Astral Construct. It is worth noting that the enemies have split up and are quite far from each other. Hulgyr can easily get close to the enemy, but he can't charge this turn because of that whole 'closest square' business)

ooc: Hulgyr had a move action left last turn which you noted as to be resolved next time hulgyr comes up (which is now). Can he have used that move action to set him up for a charge this turn?

(OOC: Ah that's right, though I told you back then that you had to pick it the next time you came online to post, like last week (it would take affect that last round though, of course), and you never picked it. It's kind of lame that you get to see into the future to decide the best move, but I'll be nice this time. Next time I try to do that to speed things up, everyone please post a choice without waiting to look into the future or I'll have the character do nothing.

He actually still can't set himself up for a charge because of the closest square rule (and he definitely would not have known where the Astral Construct was going to go, plus it blocks two squares since it is Large), but he can just do a single move and then attack without charging.

Since you don't get the +2, you can change the Power Attack amounts, and you have to reroll (or I can roll for you, as always your preference). I believe Michael lost his Bless but Hulgyr kept his because the Dispel Magic only knocked out his Enlarge Person (area dispel only gets rid of one spell per). Bless has a kooky targetting line that seems to read that you have to dispel it separately from each target like a Mass spell.)

ooc: ok, sorry, i thought you meant me to mention it on H's next action.
Hulgyr will move in regardless and won't hold back on the power attack since he's rather in his -space- (being a blood frenzied mad foam orc rager space).

attack: 23 damage:43 rolls are here

-edit i goofed the IC roll.. added 10 point of damage too much. Sorry!

attack: 23 damage:43-10=33 rolls are here

(OOC: You are quite lucky--on the charge, you would have missed ;) Also, I would not have noticed this if the disparity wasn't so different, but I checked your math to see how you managed to go from 34 to 43 the two damage rolls, and you accidentally did +36 this time. It should be 32 damage with the math corrected EDIT--you figured it out while I typed this long post!)

*Hulgyr's attack slashes deeply into the man who had engaged the Astral Construct, who glares at Hulgyr.*

"Your time is at an end, orc," he scoffs.

(OOC: E2 has now taken 36 - 1*x - 1*y damage where x is equal to his DR, and y to his fast healing)

*Aglaia shakes her head.*

"This shiny dust is very pretty, but I think it would be better for you if you just joined with me. My Chevaliers, my brave knights, are more than a match for your mightiest, but...imagine what delicious Chevaliers you could be! Think of the power you would have to fulfill your dreams...to reach your destinies. I've been impressed by your tenacity and the strengths of your spirits, my little adventurers. Accept this kiss, my gift to you, and let us stop this senseless fighting."

*She blows each of them a kiss, her body surrounded by a pink aura that flashes and channels into something at her hip for a moment before spreading outward, in an intangible feeling, almost as if kisses were actually flying through the air to land on each of the adventurers' chests. Well, everyone except Almayce anyway. The elf may collapse after a light tap, but his eclectic studies have inexplicably given him a will of incredible strength, perhaps the strongest of any adventurer in the entire world. He feels the phantom kiss and quashes it with little effort.*

*For everyone else, those with exposed chests (which is no one I think) can see a small symbol appear there, consisting of lips as if kissed by someone with too much lipstick overlaid with a runic sigil. For everyone else, they just feel a tingle there, and they feel suddenly energised. She makes a gesture at the air as if petting or stroking something, and everyone but Almayce feels the gentle soothing caress of intangible hands upon their skin. They feel invigorated and filled with energy, and although the energy is infused with a great deal of roiling chaos, it feels so good that they can't help wanting more.*

(OOC: Everyone except Almayce gets a +2 profane bonus to Charisma and saving throws (if Almayce chooses not to make the save, he can too, but apparently WotC says that doing so is a Chaotic act). 'Wanting more' is a flavour text point rather than a Suggestion or anything like that--it does not compel you to change your actions in any way).

Michael's turn, then the casters)

Michael delays, confused.

(On the one hand, Haela's mystic hummer. On the other hand, Michael just had 2/3rds of his hit points removed in one swipe, and I'm thinking the kiss probably touched his heart because he has a gaping chest wound. Must have thought....)
