Also: Use that back button as often as possible.

Unless your browser is set to request the page every time (not the default for most browsers), the back button doesn't use any additional bandwidth. On the other hand if you keep clicking the navigation "breadcrumbs" at the top of the page to get someplace else, it's a full page request every time.
