Well, the Halloween goblin is both cultural appropriation and stereotyping. Green Goblin then taking that and using it as an expression of his personality is racial charicaturing.

I feel like the Green Goblin flies around and throws explosives. I think that many goblins could appreciate that and would consider him an honorary goblin.
