I've always wished there was some way to mix Magic's colors into D&D myself, so I'm quite happy to see this topic. Interesting idea of using it as an alignment system, I always tried to think of a way of shoehorning magic into it.
My suggestion for alignments...
White: Community. Basically, getting along with others. Follows white's philosophy, and also sort of opposes my definitions of black and red. Needs a better actual name (community being a noun, not a quality), but I think the concept works. Fellowship, maybe?
Blue: Reason. The pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
Black: Ambition. Desire for power, for whatever reason. This could be to take over the world, or it could be to liberate an oppressed people. If going for a good/evil-neutral system of alignment, I think ambition is the best descriptor here which keeps black's flavor but ditches the inherent evil undertones. I don't care what MaRo says, black is inherently evil, as designed. If you don't mind keeping the evil undertones, I'd switch this to Power.
Red: Passion. Fits the color perfectly. Not inherently opposed to Community or Reason, but it's not much of a stretch either.
Green: Not really sure what to call this. Instinct is decent, but doesn't explain its alliance with white or its opposition to black. Need something which combines instinct with a commitment to others. Family, maybe?
