Assume Supernatural Ability:which one?

I am working on a Wiz5/Inc5 that is going to use poly self to morph in to a creature with a powerful supernatural ability. Right now I am thinking either a juvenile gold dragon and its 6d10 breath weapon or a beholder and its central anti-magic eye. Are there any others that would work?

Umm- Inc? Pardon my ignorance, but I don't know what that is.

A juvenile gold dragon has 17 HD (and its breath weapon is 8d10, BTW) and a beholder has (I think) 11 HD. You, having only 10 levels, cannot use polymorph self to take these creatures forms. You can only change into something with the same or fewer HD then you... and also nothing over 15 HD. This is all 3.0e, of course... i'm sure its even more restrictive in 3.5e.
