Astral Fire Style Feats

I had a couple of different questions about Astral Fire like feats. If a power has both keywords that the feat modifies, do you apply the benefit twice? Say an 11th level wizard has the Raging Storm feat and uses Storm Cage, which has both lightning and thunder keywords. Is it +4 damage (+2 for lightning, +2 for thunder), or is it +2 (the feat's condition has been met an only applies once?)? Could a cleric with the Burning Blizzard and Raging Storm feats apply +12 damage to the Astral Storm power?

Also, if a power has ongoing damage of a type unlike the basic effect of the power (such as Astral Storm, which only does lightning damage on sustain), does the feat bonus apply to that damage? So, if the cleric in question only had Burning Blizzard, he would do (+3/+6 depending on answer above) on the first attack. Does the extra feat damage apply to the subsequent lightning damage, since it's from the same power?

You'd get two Feat bonuses to damage, which are named bonuses of the same name, and thus overlap (do not stack).

Thanks for pointing that out. Does this also mean that if you have a power with the fire and lightning keywords, you would not be able to apply both Burning Blizzard and Raging Storm bonuses?

Yes, that's correct. It also applies if you have a power administered by a weapon that does another damage type, so for instance Weapon Focus and Astral Fire don't stack for Paladins' weapon-based Radiant attacks.
