So, this is kind of advertising, though I’m not involved in the company in any way. I’m just a fan of the game and wanted to spread awareness of it. Astraterra is an awesome simple game, designed to be suitable for playing with children. It was originally published in finnish several years ago, but is now finally available in english.
The game world is a unique take on a dyson ring type of setting, where you travel across the pieces of the ring by teleport gates. The player characters are part of an organisation exploring the gates.
So, if you are looking for a fantasy steam-punkish rpg to play with your children, I recommend Astraterra.
