At Gencon, Did you learn or try anything new?

Man, I am jealous. I also hate you guys. There is all ready a long list of indie games I want to play so bad (but have no one to play with). Now I must add MORE. You BASTARDS.

I got to play in an impromptu midnight game of d20 Judge Dread (versus The Punisher), and I had a blast. So very over the top. :)

As the GM said at the time: WWFCD ... What would Frank Castle Do...

I'm still shocked we managed to arrest him, even with Dredd on our team!

I learned not to be too receptive to a woman, even if she does like you, she'll push away if you come on too strong.

Oh...games...umm, I didn't learn any new games this year.

I played in Piratecat's Skullduggery game. There was lots of back-stabbing and lethal quipping.

I also played in Rodrigo's Miami Vice-themed Dread game. Only one character died, which counts as a success in my book. We also rescued the damsel in distress from her previous rescuers. Slight misunderstanding.

I played the Battlestar Galactica board game for the first time. Many Cylon accusations flew. We ended up running out of fuel before reaching Kobol.
